Executive Summary
Hornsea Project Three is located 160km off the Yorkshire coast and covers approximately 696 square kilometres. Hornsea Project Three has a total capacity of up to 2.9GW, which will make it the world’s largest offshore wind farm once completed. The wind farm will be able to meet the electricity needs of around 3 million UK homes.
eviFile have created a digital standard to manage quality for all of the cable installation works for the 52km long onshore cable route . This project is live currently and will be used as a standard by Volker Wessels and Orsted for future assurance works.
