A message from our Managing Director, Luke Allen
First, my thoughts are with those who are impacted by COVID-19 at this unprecedented time. I wish a speedy recovery to all those who are ill, and to those whose loved ones are battling this virus and anyone else affected. I also want to express my complete admiration and gratitude to the medical professionals on the front line, treating those who are ill and putting themselves at risk for the greater good.
I wanted to reassure you that the eviFile team is here to serve your needs during this difficult time. eviFile have switched to a fully virtual operational model and will be open for business with all of our resources as long as they are fit and able. We will be here to support you and to discuss any needs you may have around the eviFile product through our Service Desk and via our usual phone and email channels.
We have taken steps to adjust the ways we operate in these very challenging circumstances:
- All meetings will be done virtually using either Zoom or Skype
- All product demonstrations will be operated utilising the same platforms
- Workshops planned will continue, attendee health permitting, using Zoom and a combination of digital tools to capture outcomes and provide video capability, to mirror as closely as possible the workshop environment
- All support will continue through our JIRA service desk setup
