Supporting the drive for technical innovation in the water sector
We are delighted to confirm both Luke Allen (eviFile MD) and James Connolly (Head of Client Partnerships) will be attending WWT Water Industry Innovation Conference on the 5th December.
The event will give us the opportunity to meet other industry innovators and the water companies to showcase the benefits of having a Digital Progressive Quality Assurance platform in place, creating a digital audit trail of every field-based activity.
United Utilities have this year used eviFile across 100km of pipeline across West Cumbria, praising not only the level of quality assurance that eviFile provides, but that eviFile can produce OFWAT compliant digital evidence packs within seconds.
We are also very proud to announce that United Utilities have commissioned their AMP 7 programme and have signed a 5 year contract with eviFile.
James Connolly recently assessed Ofwats PR19 determinations for the Water sector in his article in WWT highlighting the successful implementation of innovation must come from the top in order to signify and communicate its importance. Alliance partners and Tier 1 contractors must work with the water companies to share best practice and implement new technologies to help tackle the significant challenges the industry is facing.
With the work done and relationships formed over the last twelve months the upcoming WWT Water Conference is the ideal arena for us to meet like-minded professionals to discuss digital innovation and how to create positive outcomes for the sector.
