Meet the Team

Below are the eviFile team looking after the sales, implementation and delivery teams. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss anything about the business, from new projects, roadmap and business information. eviFile UK is currently head quartered at Bowcliffe Hall in Wetherby, with our main office in Spaces, Park Row, Leeds.

Nick Halliday

Founder

A serial entrepreneur, with 20 years background in Sales & Marketing, in digital businesses around the world. Nick has dedicated his professional life creating digital platform strategy and software solutions that provide companies a competitive edge.

Either through improving efficiency to save costs or by creating opportunity to expand operations and profits through automation. Evifile is the latest such product.

Luke Allen

Managing Director

Luke has been developing web based SaaS solutions for over 15 years and has recently joined from KPMG, who acquired his last SaaS product from Nunwood.

Luke was the programme leader for KPMG’s Customer Experience Cloud, a joint product development with Microsoft with over £1m of investment, delivered on time over a 6 month development schedule. Luke will be leading the continued technical development of eviFile.

James Connolly

Head of Client Partnerships

Senior sales & delivery focussed professional with 20 years industry experience. Focused on ensuring every eviFile platform is expertly implemented, managed and delivered from end to end and throughout the lifetime of your relationship.

Christopher Morris

Renewables Sector Lead

Chris joined eviFile in January 2024 in order to expand our activities in the renewable sector, levering the experience from eviFile’s existing work and creating a strategy to expand as a sector agnostic SaaS provider.

Thomas Canfield

Sales Executive

Thomas transferred into the expanding software solutions industry, joining eviFile in the beginning of 2021. Within his first year, to increase his knowledge and skills, he completed an IT Technical Sales level 3 apprenticeship. Thomas has been involved in the forefront of customer service and sales throughout his career and is responsible for bringing in new business into eviFile.

Duncan Mactear

Customer Strategy Director

Entrepreneurial software development has been Duncan’s main career driver since qualifying as an architect through to working within two top 5 contractors and for the last 20 years growing and working for a leading SaaS Collaboration provider, Viewpoint (formerly 4Projects) and now part of the global Trimble group of companies.

Lucy Flaherty

People and Operations Director

Lucy joined eviFile in August 2023 in order to support the business from an operations and people perspective with its expansion plans and to utilise the above experience to complement and enhance what the team already have in place.

Troy Mann

Customer Implementation Manager

Troy manages the implementation team including the end to end process to ensure adoption. The simplicity of the configuration for both users and also the configuration team makes the platform exceptionally friendly for an SaaS product. The no code Control panel allows the config team to build sites bespoke to the clients requirements totally code free. This expands the scope of people that can work within the Control Panel, meaning we do not need people that can work with code to assist with configuration for client sites.

Toby Rhodes

Technical Onboarding Manager

Toby is the Technical Onboarding Manager at eviFIle, joining the company in July 2022. Having graduated from Sussex University with a degree in Computer Science, Toby has experience developing software (SQL, HTML, C#, Android and asp.net) and troubleshooting client issues. Toby manages the service desk for clients, as well as supporting the implementation team when onboarding new and existing clients.

Mani Pav

Senior BI Developer

Mani, Microsoft Certified BI Developer, joined the eviFile business in Mar 2020 to take up the position of Business Intelligence Developer, taking ownership of our BI function, covering everything from building data warehouse to delivering dashboards and reports. He has over 5 years experiences in the data processing functions.

He holds an MBA degree from University of Chester and a Bachelor of Mathematics and Computer Application having several years of experience in Human Resources, Finance and Construction domain.
